玻璃異形機的整機性能要求

對于玻璃異形機來說，其整機性能必須滿足以下要求。
1)傳動機構動作應準確、可靠，不應有明顯的震動、沖擊、爬行現(xiàn)象。
2)玻璃異形機吸盤能正常工作進的真空范圍為-0.05～-0.1MPa。
For the glass shaped machine, its performance must meet the following requirements.
1) transmission mechanism of action should be accurate, reliable, should not have the obvious vibration, shock, crawling phenomenon.
2) glass shaped machine sucker vacuum range of normal work for -0.05 ~ -0.1MPa.
3)玻璃異形機冷卻、氣壓系統(tǒng)不應有堵塞和滲漏現(xiàn)象。
4)磨輪軸承部位溫升小于45攝氏度，最高溫度小于85攝氏度。
5)磨輪旋轉軸的運動精度：軸向跳動不大于0.03mm，徑向跳動不大于0.03mm。
6)玻璃異形機整機噪聲小于等于85dB(A)。

2) grinding wheel bearing temperature rise at less than 45 degrees Celsius, the highesttemperature of less than 85 degrees celsius.
3) the grinding motion precision wheel rotating shaft: axial runout is less than 0.03mm,the radial runout is less than 0.03mm.
4) glass shaped machine noise is less than or equal to 85dB (A).
